Good and varied breakfasts, comfortable beds, very kind and accommodating staff, location close to highways and many stores availability of fridge and microwave in each room is a huge plus. Excellent value for money!
Towels could be better. No bat or restaurant in the hotel (it is a three star property, but a five star). Happy to see hotel is arranging for ordering in service for food. But BYOB

Had to wait 40 minutes to check in our room. We arrived to check in at 4 15. Room was supposed to be ready at 3. Waited 40 minutes. Late for our function. Room smelled like cheap deodorizer. Not enough towels and one looked dirty. Disgusting place for 150 dollars. Never again

The breakfast was good. The staff were really nice.
The room was not a smoke-free one. It has a strong smell of cigarette smoke from previous tenant. Their rooms were all booked, so I can’t exchange. I wish that I book a smoke-free room in the beginning.

The staff was very good and the motel was in good shape.

It's tough getting in and out of the place by car. Naperville road and Ogden are very busy.

If you are planning to stay at this Best Western, you have to get to know Victoria at the front desk. Victoria is not only friendly, but she is so very helpful. She makes you feel like family. She has a sense of humor that just makes your stay extra pleasant.

the room was clean and did not stink, the bed was nicely made with soft pillow. I like the fact that the room had a microwave and fridge. they have breakfast in the morning

Location. Wifi.
Bed sheets were old and worn with holes. TV was not working on all channels. Bathroom light flickered. Marijuana smells both days there (front desk, elevator, and 3rd floor). No extra blankets. Wi-Fi would cut out in the evening hours.

Some of the jets in the whirlpool tub did not work.
On the tv, a “settings message” would constantly pop up. Was unable to have it stop.(nothing terrible, but definitely a bit annoying)

we normally stay here all the time. we got room 135 and the hot tub didn't work. nothing was compensated. The guy at the front desk came to look at it and didn't fix anything.

Clean room, comfortable bed, jacuzzi in room, great parking and close to a lot of restaurants!
Hot water and great water pressure in shower. We have stayed here twice. The outside doesn't look like anything extra special, but the rooms are amazing!
