Staff very attentive and friendly. Location was fantastic. Near all trains. New place we enjoy staying when in Chicago. That won't change.

Room could have been a little cleaner. Baseboards dirty. Top of clock solid dust. Wish rooms were slightly larger. Under 300 square ft. Fine for a night but would have enjoyed a little bit more room for 4 nights. BB bathroom very small. Only one person can fit. Beds were a little too soft from what I like.

Bien ubicado, limpio y espacioso. Personal amable y nos ofrecieron Early Check In sin costo extra. Una muy buena opción, gran relación calidad-precio. Tiene una estación de la linea azul y una estación de la linea roja a 2 cuadras de distancia.

No cuenta con restaurante propio. No aceptaron el pago de la estancia en efectivo y no comunicaron esto con anterioridad. Nuestra habitación tenia una enorme pared de ladrillo como vista principal.

Chambre spacieuse, propreté impeccable. Hôtel situé à proximité de la station de train/métro reliant l'aéroport au centre ville. Très bien situé au centre ville. Personnel accueillant et sympathique.

Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher

La habitación era muy calirosa

Hotel situato nel South Loop di Chicago a brevissima distanza dalla fermata LaSalle della linea metro blu che è quella che collega l’aeroporto con la città . Inoltre nelle vicinanze ci sono diverse fermate delle varie linee della metro e di bus. Quindi direi che si trova in una posizione strategica per chi intende muoversi con i mezzi pubblici. Ero nella camera 309 una king standard. Ampia e pulita così come il bagno. Ci sono frigo, forno e tutto il necessario per fare il caffè che comunque si trova tutte le mattine già pronto in una sala attigua alla reception assieme al te’ e ad infusi vari ( tutto incluso nel prezzo ) . In ogni caso, per chi lo desidera, proprio a fianco si trova Meli caffè dove ho sempre fatto ottime ed abbondanti colazioni durante il mio soggiorno ( consigliato ). Di fronte è situato anche uno Starbucks ( in questo momento in ristrutturazione ). Tutto l’hotel che si trova in un edificio storico è pulito e ben arredato. Più che buono il rapporto qualità prezzo considerato che Chicago non è una città proprio “ a buon mercato “ nel suo complesso.

La piccola finestra della mia stanza situata al terzo piano lasciava filtrare poca luce considerato anche che il palazzo di fronte è piuttosto vicino quindi anche la vista era un po’ “ triste “ . Forse sono un po’ meglio le stanze che danno su Dearborn Street che però potrebbero anche essere un po’ più rumorose. L’armadio con le grucce è veramente piccolo ed in parte occupato dall’asse da stiro. Nulla di ciò comunque intacca il giudizio positivo.

Amazing hotel. Very clean and comfortable and central to everything. Couldn't say enough about the staff there they were very friendly and helpful and made us feel like family. Will be staying here next time we visit for sure.

The room was enormous. Staff were all very friendly. Overall comfortable accommodations. Many restaurants just steps away, and many restaurants and shops a comfortable walking distance.

Really nothing not to like. I was initially iffy that our room had a brick wall view with only a sliver of the city in view, but the room was just so HUGE and comfortable we didn’t really care. We stayed 4 nights and it was everything we needed.
