The location was good, close enough to wherever we needed to go, but we had to use a cab to go to the Santa Monica Pier. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. There was parking available on the property.

The room just had wooden slats on the windows, but this did not block out all the sunlight adequately enough, which disturbed our sleep in the early morning.

I liked this hotel. The rooms were spacious, the staff was helpful, and the daily room service left the room spotless each time. The beds were comfortable and big enough. There was breakfast each morning with some sweet croissants and coffee offered to all guests by the hotel. Rooms were mostly quiet except at the weekends when the restaurant located just below played some relatively loud music. Overall, I enjoyed my time there.

The bathroom ventilation was loud and only worked when the light was turned on. Consequently, the moisture could not escape the bathroom and sometimes caused a mildly foul smell when I left the room and come back again. But this wasn't a deal breaker at all. As I wrote, the music outside was disturbing but I only heard it on the weekend nights. There's no room view at all, but for this price, it's somewhat understandable.

It was very noisy, which led to poor night’s sleep . The shower in one of the rooms did not work well.

Better value for money than a lot of other hotels in the area.

The hotel info says the room includes a coffee maker and hairdryer, our room had neither. Rooms are not cleaned every day since covid. I'm not sure the website mentions this.

hotel staff was wonderful and helpful and accommodating! we got in our room early and they helped us out. our room was very nice and comfy. good amenities and soaps!

Location was excellent, very close to our kids’ apartment and the things we wanted to do. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The muffins in the breakfast bags were bad. Lack of washcloths in bathroom. Would appreciate quieter ac and the ability to control the air that blows out.

Big room, very clean and absolutely did the job. Bed was comfy and shower was good. Room at the back which was off the road and quiet. Staff really friendly and helpful.

There's nothing much right next to the hotel. So you need a car or to be comfortable walking around LA in the dark if you want to eat.

I had an awful, awful, awful experience for my 2 nights stay in this Hotel. The 1st night Fire alarm went off twice. I couldn't go back to sleep after that which was 3:30 am. The 2nd night, I could hear people walking up stairs & even hear SNORING of the person upstairs. I had severe headache all both days with lack of clarity for my business meeting. Also your company charged me twice as much comparing to the people booked directly from hotel. I paid the price of a 5 star hotel & got comfort like Motel 6. I need to get credit for half of my payment. I will NEVER EVER use this Hotel & your Company for booking unless you make this right for me. Thank you! Dr. Mimi Salamat
