Pool and hot tub not working properly

Room cleanliness wasn’t the greatest. Semen stains on the bed skirts.

on a main road. easy access to get to where we needed to go

pool was freezing, hot tub broke and nobody told us. very important as we had our grandchildren and swimming was important.

Great location for what we were there for. , breakfast was good, staff friendly

Couldn't get much heat, room was cold which made an awful sleep for my and my child.. Bathroom floors were unfortunately very dirty. And no toilet paper, thankfully kleenex was there for an option

The breakfast had the very bare minimum available to choose from, the pool was ICE cold, were talking colder than the ocean, didnt see one guest in the pool the entire weekend and it was a full house because of teams being in. I was denied extra towels at 9pm when getting back from our cheerleading competition because you need to apparently have thay request in by 11am , then we had no hot water to even shower for the two hours we wre awake before checking out...... So to top it we traveled with our young children for a weekend long cheerleading competition and everyone was exhausted by 11pm and ready to call it a night but couldn't even imagine closing our eyes due to the hall way open room house party that took place all hours of the night. When I tried calling the front desk from our room we could not get through from TWO separate rooms, mind you they can see the camera so we assume they weren't answering because they knew we were complaining. Called from our personal phone and got through right away ... they said they were just up and the party has concluded..... FALSE. So I went down to explain thr situation and try to get a logical response from this person .... the male staff member that was working decided to laugh at me and shrug his shoulders and suggested if I had an issue with the noise then j should just call the police because he's already told them once so there isn't anything else he could do about it..... this is our second experience at this hotel and both times were the same service. The restaurant was not open all weekend because the one and only chef they have was unavailable apparently. This place was overall a total nightmare and I will never return and hope to save someone else the unrelaxing, uncomfortable and unenjoyable stay my family had.

Noisy, hot tub was not available. Asked for a late check out by an hour and the cleaner came Into our room 3 times from 11 to 12 while we were trying to get out. Felt very pressured to get out of the room. Cleaner kept complaining we were still there. Seemed to be a huge lack of communication.

Location & overall service was good. Bed was comfortable & room was clean.

TV had poor reception & could not open WIFi on my Cellphone. Room was a bit small & my wife had one Cold shower! ( tried everything to get Hot water)

The room was clean.

The hotel should be updated. I mentioned that I needed a gluten free breakfast, we didn't receive any email to explain if they were able to provide one. The agent at the reception when we arrived told us that they were not equipped for that kind of breakfast. If we would have receive and email, I would have take my own bread and breakfast. We had to go to the restaurant so more money to spend. I but a note in my car to avoid Quality Inn forever.
