Friendly staff. Fitness room.

The baseboard heating in my room made a loud bang often and would wake me up.

The staff was amazing, the room was very clean and modern. The renovations were done extremely well. The breakfast area was clean and tidy. Parking lot was cleared of all snow so parking was nice. They handled our broken door fairly promptly. The repair man came at 11:00 at night to get us into our room do to malfunction of the key pad.

I think they could offer some kind of protein for breakfast ( eggs of some kind or a sausage patty). Carbs just do not work for most people. We did not expect a full hot breakfast but a boiled egg or something like that would have been nice.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. The room was comfortable. Staff was fabulous. I was checked in by Adam. Breakfast area was clean.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked. I could see dirt in the bottom of the tub and the toilet was iffy. The mattress was tilted down toward the headboard. There was some "toilet flushing" noise that continued all night. Approximately every 10 minutes, water could be heard rushing through the pipes. It was always at the same interval and length of time. May have been a plumbing issue.

Breakfast was lacking. No orange juice, eggs were all gone. There were no parking spots available the first night.

The floors in our room were absolutely filthy. Mentioned it to front desk and nothing was done.
