Our room was clean, and the pool was great for the kids. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Breakfast was fresh, even if it was a bit sparse.

Not enough blankets, we were cold all night. Some people in our group needed to switch rooms as theirs didn’t appear clean, but the staff accommodated them and found them new rooms

Only negative we struggled with was having to walk all the way around outside on one of the windiest days in alberta with blowing snow cause we had a petfriendly room. If i didn’t have a toddler and infant it wouldn’t have been such a pain

Was in town for a local event and wanting somewhere reasonably priced to stay, the proximity to the event was fantastic and even though the rooms are a little dated they were clean and the staff was accommodating.

I unfortunately left my vehicle unlocked overnight and someone went through it and stole a couple pairs of sunglasses, mainly my mistake and lesson learned.

Having stayed here before , it was a really good return visit , location was ideal and bed was great , also was able to check in earlier

Absolutely zero cleaning & bed making while we were there due to no staff! Continetal breakfast was cereal & toast! SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!!!!!AAAAHHH

I booked a double room with double bed. When I checked in and saw the room was only a room with two double bed. I talked to the counter staff and showed confirmation letter and was advise the motel has no double rooms at all. Therefore, the website has false advertising and misleading ads. On my confirmation it is stated "double room and double bed."

Location was good, staff were very good. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Bedding was inadequate, we only had sheets and a thin bedspread. Pillows were not comfortable. There was a hole in the bathroom door, the tub coating was peeling. Toilet lid was loose. The room was much smaller than expected from pictures. The hot tub was bot operational, nor was the pool slide. The bathroom in the pool area was also out of order. The laundry room was filthy. We have stayed in other Days Inn properties and always been impressed with the facilities, this was a big disappointment. We were looking forward to the pool area especially, the courtyard is beautiful but we were let down by the facility.

The indoor pool water temperature was like bath water. The rooms were very small and cramped for 2 people. There was no kleenex and the toilet paper holder did not hold the toilet paper. The breakfast was limited and of poor quality.

Breakfast was better than expected. Pool was working. The front desk lady was really friendly. The location is very close to my event. AC worked well.

Room was not even close to clean. I had to move a couple of pieces of furniture and it was filthy behind there. The pillows were ridiculous. WAY TOO MUCH money for the quality of the stay.

The price was right.

The bed was very bad, hot water only came ten minutes after you turn it on. The place had a bad oder to it when we came in. Thebath room fan gave me a headache it was so load. The door to the suite was broken it looked like someone tried to brake in.

Hot tub and pool closed- really needed for baseball player. Promised breakfast - were told grab and go but there was NOTHING but coffee and juice so cost more to feed us. . Room was very small barely enuf room on one side to get into bed. Bathroom taps not cleaned properly- crud around bottom of taps makes you wonder what else isn't cleaned

Pool and hot tub under construction. Overall room looks much better in pics. Reminded us of more of a motel. Light over fridge only worked if main ceiling light was on. Bathroom fan extremely loud. Bag breakfast only
