I arrived late (1 am) and the personnel was great and helpful. Well situated (1 hour from Toronto). Everything was clean, nice room and the breakfast was very good. Only thing that I could say, it was a great value!

Coffee could of been better…

nothing.

One small thin bath towel and one small thin towel per guest. One regular coffee pod and one decaf pod for TWO people. When I asked for some more regular pods — I was given one more Pod — so each of us could have one cup of caffeinated coffee in the morning before dressing and showering but no more. When Iasked for some more coffee because I had work to do before retiring, I was given one more pod and told I could always got to the lobby for coffee. (We were on the top floor of the hotel and I was planning to work until late). There’s a $30 fee to extend checkout even for 15 minutes, and also for early check in. Unbelievably cheap hotel

good location

we were on a floor with lots of kids, the kids were screaming and running in the hall. we should have been put on a floor that was not full of young families I UNDERSTAND kids play but there were having parties in the hallway the parents drinking and the kids ram wild. sunday morning breakfast we were nit allows to serve our self the person who was serving was not fixing any guest good size portions but needles to say it was so packed we left without eating the lines ups

The front desk person deserves a raise. She was exceptional. Quite literally the sweetest person to my son. She made sure our stay was great. The breakfast was the BEST hotel breakfast we have had with a customized omlete bar. We enjoyed the pool and a quiet restful sleep. We couldn't ask for more!

If I had to critique anything, the beds are a little on the hard side but we still slept comfortably and the room was really clean and priced fairly.

A quiet place to sit. Lounge area was full with a group of friends. Bathroom could have had a grab bar in shower.
