I loved how clean it was, especially for a Comfort Inn. Not all are clean to this degree.
For some reason had a hard time falling asleep. The mattress and pillows weren’t the best but other than that, the place is clean and neat!

Staff was friendly. It felt clean. Breakfast was mediocre and very basic but there was sausage. Beds were firmer but very comfortable. Close to 401. Fridge and microwave in room.
The thermostat in our room didnt seem to work. It was cold and set at 18°C and we couldn’t seem to get it to stop blowing cold air. That was really our only complaint other than the price. $250 / night for a 2 star hotel is very expensive but it was family day weekend.

Clean bedding, location, Breakfast was great
TV!!! Old tv, cable, not smart, you can’t even chromcast! I have been to other hotels same stars and the TV was amazing 55” i could even connect my BT headsets and watch Netflex all night! Not in this hotel
Staff, not as friendly as other hotels, I asked for folio they couldn’t give me one, I had to call the headquarter to get one.

Ran out of toilet paper, klenex and clean towels. My garbage was pverflowing as no one ever came to my room to clean or bring fresh supplies

our toilet did not work. it seemed like an on going issue in the building. hot water cut out during shower .

My boyfriend and I were looking forward to the much needed time away from the stresses weve been faced with for a long period of time. We were so excited for the time spent together to be able to come to terms with the tragedies and be away from the outside world to communicate and begin to cope with the changes we were up against. The staff was extremely ignorant and were nothing even close to behaving in a professional or appropriate manner.
