Room had been updated (except carpet)

Horrible street access to the hotel, no elevator access, property cleanliness, poor breakfast option, didn’t feel safe due to long term guests

The staff was good.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, the rooms were not clean, the bathroom was not clean, the breakfast was pick-and-go which is not at all worth the money they charged and it was not even specified that we will not get hot/fresh breakfast. I was truly disappointed with my choice, I would not recommend to stay for more than 1 day at this hotel.

I didn't feel comfortable staying the night.

Extremely dilapidated Very dirty I didn't feel safe getting out of the car but I had to due to no one answered the phone after putting me on hold for about 15 minutes.

The breakfast was to take out and was not healthy at all

I was given a non smoking room. There were burn holes in the sheet. The furniture was old, the swivel chair was torn up.

AC smelled like smoke I payed for non smoking

The room rate was reasonable for two nights, however, when we needed to add one extra night price was unusually high..$178.

I had requested two king beds, only had one, also non-smoking room, got a smoking room. Very small rooms, bathtub was undersized.! Bed was made, towels changed, however, no clean cups or coffee packets first night, rugs were not vacuumed either night.!

Cheap, close to city

If you need a place to just sleep, that's cheap, then definitely worth it. But I got there and the toliet didn't flush. We asked the worker for a plunger to try and fix it. To which they said they don't have a plunger ? Then the lady told us to deal with it and don't use it. So we had to walk to the office every time we had to use the bathroom, very inconvenient. Thankfully we only were in the room late night because we were there to visit the city.
