Preislich sehr günstig, das Personal ist immer hilfsbereit und reparierte sehr schnell die angesprochenen kaputten Teile. Das Bett ist bequem, die Lage nicht schlecht. mit dem Bus kommt man schnell und ganztägig gut nach NYC rein. Allerdings muss man da nochmal 30 Minuten rechnen. Das war es uns aber wert. Gefrühstückt haben wir immer direkt am Fluss, da gibt es Bänke und eine schöne Aussicht.

Einige Dinge im Zimmer sind relativ alt und dreckig. Die Kaffeemaschine mussten wir tauschen lassen, sie hat nicht ordentlich funktioniert. Man muss bewusst sagen, dass gereinigt werden soll, sonst kommt auch nach 5 Tagen keiner und leert den Müll oder tauscht die Handtücher. Unser Klo war undicht und hat einen Tag den halben Raum überschwemmt. Der Raum kann mit mehr als zwei Gästen sehr eng werden. Fenster sind nicht zu öffnen, daher muss man für Frischluft die Türe offen stehen lassen.

Die Lage war optimal! Je nach Verkehrslage kann man New York City mit dem Bus für 3,50 $/ Fahrt in 25min erreichen. Betten groß und bequem. Im Umkreis Dunkin Donuts, Subway, Wendy Burger und ein kleiner 24h Supermarkt.

Diverse undefinierbare Flecken in der Badewanne, Zimmer generell nicht allzu sauber. Heizung ging nicht. Versteckte Aufpreise, die erst beim Check-In mitgeteilt werden (Gebühr f. Safe, ect.). Nicht alle Steckdosen haben in meinem Zimmer funktioniert.

The room is dirty. The carpet floor is moist wet, the coffee maker is full of dust, the bath tub is dirty. Outlets are not working, they are too loose for the charger. The ref is not cold.

The staff was really polite really chill place no bothers. Everybody is out for the day and back for the night. Felt safe as a woman alone for a week. Nice view on water with picnic bench and ducks. Always a place to park your car.

Stayed a week in dirty sheets I asked to change them they put me on schedule to change then and an other time to clean the room but both days they did not come. The room it self is in a dark spot, in a U shape and I was facing inside the U, so not the brightest , I could not open the curtains because there was always curious ppl looking in the room when passing by or hanging around the room(most days i was out not not a biggie). Bathroom was nice but a bit dirty (you know many ppl have come before you. You always know but it's fun the have an illusion that you are the first to use it or no trace of previous host)

There was no breakfast, the location was ok, quiet too.

On the last night, it seemed the smoke detector's batteries were dying since it beeped every two minutes or so.

Quality price ratio is amazing at this hotel as you are getting a nice hotel room at a decent price. The main disadvantage, the location (apparently far from Manhattan, NY) is resolved very nicely by the bus that has a stop right in front of the hotel. Paying 3.50$ for a less than 40 minutes (at rush time) or around 20 minutes otherwise trip to Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan, New York, which is very close to Times Square, is simply amazing. Room was what you expect at this kind of motel style hotel, the area around is ok even at night and there are a couple of restaurants right across the street. The reception staff was very friendly and they kept their promise to return the deposit quickly.

5 days stay and there was no room cleaning during this period, change of the towels and anything related.

I really don't get all the negative reviews about this hotel. It was spotless clean, no "roaches" or spiders, floor was clean (yes, old carpet, but clean), clean sheets, clean bathroom, comfortable pillows, huge bed. I was terrified by the reviews and was ready to make a fuss about the service, but everything was amazing. Oh, cleaning service.every.day.

OK, it's not the newest building with the most modern facilities, but it servises its purpose, that is to relax after a long day in the city. Also, for non driving peeps, mind you that the bus is 20mins away, so yeah, this can be a put off.

The Hotel was good, in a very nice location, close to almost everywhere we had to reach (by car), There was good parking space, there was a lake with a nice view on the property. The Staff was also very helpful. The rooms were very clean, the photos on the Booking.com site dont do justice to this Hotel as it is a perfect Hotel with all the basic amenities and safety for families with kids. Excellent Hotel, Good Clean Rooms, Clean Bathrooms, even though it is a small property it was well maintained and the cleanliness was amazing.

The only thing we didnot like was the beds, they were too springy and not firm, Rest all was good in terms of comfort. The aircon was also amazing as it was a much needed relief in the hot afternoon.
