Good A/C in summer. Great hot water in the shower. Nice staff

Had to go look for towels and toilet paper every day. Ended up buying our own. Heavy cigarette smell in the room at first.

The location is close to O'Hare airport.

The room had a sort of smell, and the carpet was dirty.

The room was too warm. The heater was not working and I had to open the door several times at night. It was too hot. The room were very hard to find.

the room was super dirty, sheets and cover dirty with blood, floor was full of ants we had to ask for different room and the second room was still not the cleanest, to much money and not clean and the chair all ripped

Major draft,from door 1/4 in off gap on bottom of door also draft coming thru air conditioner

Was clean and had an area to walk our dogs. Was close to shopping restaurants and our friends.

The Area was nice an good food was not far away .an being close to the airport is always a plus

The bed was a little too soft for me an the small TV
