It was clean, quite and comfortable to stay at the campus.

Shower room does not drain well.

we lived in G/F. I think there was a family living in the 1/F. I can hear some people walking and a kid running sounds until 24:00. The sound proofing is totally rubbish.

I got charged an extra 8.xx dollars for using an American express card to pay this accommodation and wasn’t informed about it. I got the receipt by email after checkout. If I knew, I would have used a different credit card to pay.

Great value for money. It is very close to the airport, and has really comfortable beds. Facility has a convenience store on site, and front desk staff are available almost all day to assist.

I don't think my room's bathroom was properly cleaned before I checked in. Had to do some light cleaning of my own. The shower stall is also really tiny.

Check in was a breeze. It was quiet, very much needed. Access was no nonsense.

Upon opening the room's door the odour was that of a Hunter's old coat, one that had been better left at home with dog(perhaps it had once or twice); not an odour conducive to being secret around wild animals. It was musty, earthy. Perhaps the carpet needed deep cleaning; perhaps the fridge had something under it from a long time ago. The Fridge: although it worked just fine, it requires levelling. It was collecting a lot of water each day on the upper shelf, that needed mopping.

Beautiful location on campus, great views.

Bathroom hadn't been cleaned prior to my arrival. Shower drain was partially blocked and it was not fixed when I left.

This is a University Dorm room - no TV, no "niceties" Good value for a one night stay.

Very strongly recommend to stay there. Beautiful rooms on amazing campus. Feels like a movie. The studio was surprisingly bigger than we anticipated. You control your own AC, a must in the summer in the Okanagan Valley.

About 20 minutes drive to downtown Kelowna.

Convenient, safe, quiet and clean place. Friendly staff.

If you are hosting 4 people, it will be great to have 4 chairs, 4 mugs, etc. My only comment is that I had to upgrade my reservation to a bigger place that accommodate 4, but there was only 1 chair at the table, 3 mugs, 2 glasses, and so on. So we had to take turns drinking tea/coffee and sitting on the couch.
