チェックインの際のフロントデスクの対応が悪かった。チェックイン時間後に着いたのに部屋(実際には部屋はあった)が準備されていないと言った。クリーニングサービスが悪かった。クリーニングしてほしいとスタッフに伝えたが、クリーニングしてくれなかった。結局二泊したがクリーニングは一度もされなかった。駐車場はいつも満車で、駐車しづらかった。この苦情をホテルの宿泊後アンケートでホテルに伝えたがフィードバックはなかった。

Location was really a plus and the outdoor amenities were excellent.Our room was very spacious but very outdated.Certainly would not classify it as deluxe.Had to step out onto the balcony and look left to view the lake as our view was obstructed by trees and the next door building.The restaurant was excellent- we had 2 excellent breakfasts.Housekeeping very friendly

Only a single elevator in the building which was extremely slow.Overheard numerous guests complaining.The carpet outside the 2 nd floor elevator door and hallway were disgusting- I would not walk barefoot.There is no vanity mirror in the room for women.The bathroom which includes the toilet and a bath/shower combination is so small and outdated-could not swing a cat around if you tried.A small area with a single sink just outside the bathroom.Only a single bedside table between the 2 queen beds.One night we were woken around 1 am to the sound of water pouring through the vent in the bathroom and flooding the bathroom and the area outside the bathroom.Phoned the front desk but no reply.Went downstairs and no one was present.The font desk person finally showed up- she stated that she was doing security rounds.

Really lovely place to stay as we headed back to Vancouver. Chose a one bed suite with balcony overlooking the marina and had amazing views in both the evening & morning

Strangely whilst the suite was really large, the bathroom / with shower in bath was small in comparison. Didn’t spoil anything , just surprised

Kids enjoyed the complimentary 1 hour Kayaking/Paddle boarding offered to Guests. Since the Marina wasn’t busy on the day, we were allowed more than an hour!!!

The patio area for the restaurant was delightful with great views of the lake. The staff here were friendly.

The property is very dated and desperately needs updated and upgraded. It had more of a motel feel than hotel feel. The location is beautiful but unfortunately the property does not match this and is very expensive for what it is.

The hotel is tired and dated. Bed clean and comfy but the rest of the room was just “ok”. Windows dirty and deck needs cleaning and maintaining. Phone not working in room. Had to get card keys re-programmed 4 times!! as they kept deactivating. Signage poor. When in lobby there is no sign for elevator. Pool gate no signage for exit button so guests were getting up to help each other enter and exit.
