It was clean & comfortable. The bed was great.

The entire property seemed kinda dead. The restaurant was closed. The room didn’t have a closet.

luxury suite (last room available) was outrageously expensive and offered very outdated facilities, very poor deco. Hotel is soulless, cold and unwelcoming (looks like a shopping mall from the 80s. Motel ( if available) would have been a better option, frankly.

This room was very nice and the king sized bed very comfortable. The room was located conveniently near the fitness room and main stairwell - so very easy to access for quick trips.

The room was quiet and clean.

Older facility but charmingly refreshed room. Young woman at front desk was polite, helpful and kind. Sorry I did not have time to enjoy the beautiful town of Shawinigan.

The location is great. One staff member wasn’t very friendly. We could not get Wi-Fi as we were in a room at the very back of the hotel and the signal wasn’t strong enough. We were told nothing she could do about it. She wouldn’t even change our room ?? I went back to the front desk and the other person on the front desk was very accommodating and helpful.

Bed mattresses were very hard. Couldn’t drink the water as there were warnings not to drink the tap water.

The service at the pacini restaurant, just enter at the bar to take a beer and waitress ignore us verybad service

Excellent place to stay to visit the neighborhood (including the Parc national de la Mauricie). Quality vs price makes it very valuable. Breakfast at Pacini is affordable and really good, served by nice staff. Close to downtown Shawinigan and all the restaurants.

Some rooms would need to be revamped.

Cheap furniture in room. Not well soundproofed Noisy air conditioner. Cannot open windows.
