the employees are absolutely amazing!!!

The staff were all very welcoming. Breakfast was tasty. The location was perfect and in walking distance from good restaurants, attractions, and the State Farm Arena...we were in town for a basketball game.

There was one window that had a malfunctioning blackout window shade, so we couldn't completely close the shade. The room was not completely dark, which I need to get my best sleep.

The breakfast and staff working during breakfast was awesome!

The bed was a little hard but okay.

This is a very convenient location to The Tabernacle and Ted's Bar and Grill, both within walking distance which was great. We were in town for a show at The Tabernacle and will book here again in the future.

It was a little confusing about parking and check in. If you park first and try to use the side door, you need a key to enter the hotel. The main entrance is from the street side not parking lot. Fortunately the gate was up and we could park and get a parking pass fairly quickly at check in.

Great location; the staff was helpful with food recommendations nearby.

Although breakfast was available and included with the stay, the hot meal choices could have had more variety.

The room was small but very cozy. Everything was clean and well placed.

It was very cold that night, and there was a ton of cold air coming in from the hallway through the front door. I had to place a towel at the bottom of the room door to keep getting cold air out.

Perfect for our needs. Breakfast was adequaint. Parking was perfect. Even got a gift for staying there!

Only thing-the toilet tissue holder was mounted under the bathroom counter and would not stay in place. Needs to be mounted elsewhere and on a sturdier foundation.

Wished the hot breakfast had more hot items. Didn't like I had to pay $25 for parking
