Bigger room than other places. Very quiet room for us to rest.. absolutely friendly staffs.

There were only one Air conditioning in the bedroom to cool or heat entire living room and bedroom. Very dry all night. No slippers provided.

The hallway on the 4th floor smelled like fresh vomit for the whole stay, the room was very stale with airflow being stagnant, and carpet and flooring super sticky.

Great location and room was quiet and comfortable.

It was a suite with a full kitchen which was what we booked and needed. However, when we stocked all our frozen and cold groceries into the refrigerator, all of our food spoiled because the refrigerator did not work. It never reached a cool temperature. The cooling and heating systems in the suite itself were also in need of repair. One other point of contention is when we checked into the hotel, we were assigned a room that had not been serviced yet. Our reassigned room was next to the elevator. Fortunately, it was quieter than we expected.

Decent, clean, spacious room with a sitting area although by the time we got there (late 10:30 pm check-in) there wasn't much time to enjoy the room before trying to get some sleep.

1st room they gave us had not been cleaned, so we walked into someone's messy, unprepped room at 10:30 pm after a LONG day, travelling from Chilliwack, so we weren't impressed. Then after finally getting to bed at 11:00 pm and knowing we had to arise to catch a ferry home, at 2:00 AM our smoke alarm devices started beeping and it took 45 mins to get a manager to come and deactivate/pull out from the ceiling the devices so we could get some sleep. In both instances, the management and staff were very apologetic, but we still ended up with a crappy night's sleep. We did get a discount on the room due to these challenges.

I just didn’t like the fact, I did not receive a balcony with the executive king suite as this was for a birthday party for my daughter. The balcony was listed in the amenities coming with the room.
