Great central location

The elevators can be clearly heard from inside the rooms and continue through the night, resulting in disturbance to sleep.

Good size room. Decent shower. Liked the water station in the lobby, the location and having a restaurant onsite.

Bathroom was small but adequate.

Could have had a bar, not a major issue

The room was clean and comfortable for the most part. The shower was extremely efficient and safe. And the location was accessible to exactly where I needed to be.

The window curtains didn't close all the way, leaving a crack of light that made it difficult to sleep at night. Also the Cable service didn't have a descriptive on-screen menu to help me make any selections without the tedium of trial-and-error channel surfing. And the bedsheets were too thin to keep me warm. And I wasn't thrilled that my Credit Card (albeit a new one that was a replacement for a private issue I don't wish to disclose here) was charged a second time for a Room that was already pre-paid 4 Months in advance (and paid BACK), due to overly complicated payment procedures I was unaware of and am disappointed by.

De prijs / kwaliteit is iets onder het gemiddelde. Beste wel duur hotel als je ook nog meeneemt dat het ontbijt exclusief is. I Naast de lobby is een restaurant met een prima ontbijt maar daar moet je dus apart voor betalen.

We only has one night at the hotel. Room at 17th floor, spacious, clean, very comfotable beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is very goid, parking was easy.

Water pressure. Washing long hair in the shower needs some patience.

Something was loose outside and the wind blew something against the window all night, tapping outside keeping us awake :(

Location, location, location. There is no better hotel in Vancouver.

The bed is not comfy at all. Way too soft. And the carpet in the room smells like old, doesn't give you a premium feeling.

Professional and service oriented staff at the reception, water fountain in the lobby, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, fluffy towels and excellent room service, spacious safety box in the room, coffee and tea amenities in the room, amazing location with restaurants and shops around and within walking distance to most attractions

It would be nice if from time to time someone would pass swimming pool area and clean a bit the floor.

Great value and affordable. Great location as we were able to go walking to English bay and enjoy they way to get there. Lot of people around, restaurants and cafes. The management team also great. We stayed in a 2 queens room with balcony towards the city and enjoyed the view at night and also next day in the morning.

I would just put a little table on the balcony to drink a coffee or a beer. Or maybe a small bench.

We picked this hotel due to it's location. Price is ok as most other hotels were around same price. We were even happier with choosing this hotel because the staff was so responsive to requests via email and text. Aman was very helpful and accomodating. Appreciated her help and accomodating us. The only thing was that we would have really loved a complimentary late check out due to medical reasons. While they were not able to do complimentary late check out for 3pm, they did offer late checkout to 12pm versus 11am. We ended up paying additional to checkout at 1:30pm. The TV connection to out tablet didn't work, think the connection cable was old and software was old. Other than that, pretty good stay. Staff was friendly, helpful and pretty safe and convenient area. Thank you.

It’s a really good location, so many good restaurants nearby

The room was really noisy, I heard random popping sound all around the room: from the bathroom, from the AC unit, and sometimes noise from the fridge
