The place is in a need of a major facelift. Extremaly overpriced.

Kids had a great time in the pool.

pull out couches were quite uncomfortable. Pool is very poorly lit.

Restaurant next door food was good, not special, but not plain and cooked well. The service SUCKED.

Mountain view from our room and pool has a slide which is pretty sweet. Room is pretty clean, shower and heat works well! Has a liquor store right downstairs which is really convenient.

You can hear footsteps from the people upstairs - during the night when we stay it was okay (because we slept late), but in the morning you can hear footsteps from upstairs. Overall for the price compared to other hotels and resorts it's okay, we only stayed here for a night so it's not too bad, but if we had an extended stay it might be concerning and a different experience. Didn't get to use the hot tub in the pool area as it was closed.

Good experience with the good location, good sightseeing over the window, cafe and restaurant in minutes on foot.

The warming fan was too noisy while we had to open it due to the cold weather. The sheets and quilts are not comfortable enough. The swimming pool is very small and only suitable for little kids.

I liked the size of the room. variety of furniture. was able to borrow a kettle and get plenty extra linens. quiet friendly accommodating staff

smell to the room due to nonslip insert in the tub. a tad too warm. needed air conditioning, not just a fan.

Good value for the money. Restaurant next door was excellent.

The gentleman at reception must have been new as he didn't know what floor the ice machine was on so had to go searching for it.
