This property is unacceptable. There was not one thing I liked about this property it was the worst facility I've ever been to.

The staff were rude and snotty and in competition with every woman that walked through the door. They had multiple break-ins from homeless people and possibly gang members and many thefts during these break-ins. They were at least six break-ins while I was at this facility. On one of the break-ins while I was at this facility the thieves broke into the basement and took two the boards of currency that were on the wall from. On another occasion during my stay a homeless person walked right in off the street followed someone who was staying there inside of the property entered my dorm which was Asia and while they entered the dorm they stole a key from someone who had just checked in. This homeless person saw my case of water on the floor and asked if they could have a water I simply gave him a water and then he asked if he could drink the water in my bed??? I asked him where his bed sheets were and he could not tell me then at that moment I discovered that he had not paid to be in the facility that he had walked in off of the streets.and just entered a dorm picked a bed for his self asked me for water than asked me if he could drink that water in my bed??? The staff won't call the police because they claim the police won't respond or come out??? When a person checks out the blankets that are on the bed are not washed they simply leave them there for the next guest !!! If someone enters the property sick with covid or the flu they are not willing to give that person a separate dorm to keep them from infecting other people they simply turn their heads like they can't see the person is sick and can effect everyone else on the property!!!. I had blood on my pillow and fitted sheets in which they don't change either when a person checks out. So if you are worried about safety and cleanliness this is not the place to go!!!

The female staff was rude, very unprofessional. Normally you are shown to your room but the lady just gave me the key and gave directions and then remained sitted focused on her phone.

Good price in a good location

could do with a sign on the stairs to warn you to mind your head as the stairs are low if you are a tall person
