Free WiFi and free parking was very much appreciated.

The property hasn’t been maintained well and is old and outdated. Room smelled like wet carpet. I killed a large roach in my room. I had really noisy neighbors who argued most of the time they were around. During a phone call, I was asked who was in the room with me, but it was the neighbors being loud. During a power outage, the shelf in the closet partially separated from the wall and I had to put all of my hanging clothes on the bed.

I will never use Booking.com to book again. The property was horrible and I felt unsafe. Additionally, I did not realize your services were outside the U.S. until it was IMPOSSIBLE to get assistance regarding my reservation.

The front desk lady awesome very helpful. Once we got in the parking lot it was well lit.

It was kinda odd having to drive through a empty hotel parking to get to our hotel.

Provide better signage. Vestibule lounge furniture was horrible. I wouldn’t suggest anyone setting on the torn vinyl upholstery.

I changed rooms because the first one smelled smoky. I don’t think the US is firm enough about non smoking in hotels. The majority of people do not smoke.

Clean and good location

Both sinks were stopped up and I informed front desk and she told me she would put in an order and this was 8:45 in the morning. Came back that night and the sink was never fixed. Talked to another employee and she said there no notation or written order.

we were allowed to checkin early which was a bonus but our room had a a broken air conditioner. We were given another room but overall it was a hassel to move since we were meeting family and had a long day. changing rooms late at night was not something i wanted to do. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, eggs were cold & runny.

Breakfast wasn't up to my standards. There wasn't a bar or place to eat in the hotel which made it harder to lounge around after a long travel day.
