Only thing okay was the price

Room was dirty, I ring the front desk no answer had to wait until 7am ,they spoke through a speaker said they can change at 1230pm. The room was Infested with roaches I slept on the chair ,woke up to roaches crawling on me, they switch my only to see same conditions, when I spoke with the girl in the office she was laughing when I told her about roaches every where, I'd never go back and definitely will not recommend to anyone

There was no breakfast

staff/front desk lady is very EVIL. LITERALLY A CHIND OF SATAN HIMSELF. KEPT FINDING A WAY TO TRY AN ATTACK ME BEING THERE. ON TOP OF THAT ITS VERY DIRTY, AND THEY LIE ABOUT THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. MOLDED BATHROOM SHOWER CURTAINS. WISH I COULD SHOW PICTURES.

Room was warm

No lobby I had to stand out on 11 degree temperature to check in. Staff not friendly It was as if I had desturbed them. I will not be back.

the property was dirty, and the dumpster was in middle of the lot with a foul smell. the room had a mildew smell.the sheets did not look clean and the room had like a loud banging sound that did not stop. the staff was very disrespectful to my wife. they refused to accommodate us and told us if we didn’t like it to leave so we asked them for a refund and they said no. so we left

The office clerks attitude. Refused to allow me to purchase soda and said I don’t have to sell my soda to you. For no reason he did this and he wouldn’t show up to the hotel from t desk because he was being lazy and said that I should go to the store but the store wasn’t in walking distance and I had no vehicle and he was just being rude and insensitive and racist. From the very beginning he was giving me strange vibes as if automatically I’m going to be a problem because of my skin color. He was just really pissing me off.

it was cheap and you get what you pay for. 100% but honestly any other cheap motel would have been better. the fact that they can charge for that room should be a crime

the property was dirty filled with trash, doors wouldn’t lock, room was absolutely disgusting roaches, dirt grime, broken and dirt furniture
