Everything- super comfortable beds, nicely decorated, lovely window seats with binoculars to look at the water, good, friendly service, excellent gym for a hotel, good location and lovely, delicious restaurant

no balcony. have to trek so far to go outside to smoke. rooms are super warm even with the heat turned all the way down. need a/c

Convenient location and the restaurant was great.
Front desk staff was rude. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received my refund from my pre authorization.

It's time for the Crest to do an overhaul. The room we stayed in smelled musty and had a leaky window.

No hot water in the morning for a shower. Beds were too soft. Windows had dirty handprints all over them. Room was above the lobby doors and could hear all the load partiers coming and going and yelling and swearing at night.

Breakfast was amazing. Love the Waterfront restaurant. Wish it was open a little later- couldn't order anything at 9pm.
No microwave in the room to heat up leftovers. Would be nice if there was air conditioning. Beds are a little small- queen sized beds would be amazing.

Enjoyed the restaurant and location of the hotel. Our room had a big bay window facing the ocean, lovely view.
Our room, for the cost, certainly wasn’t very impressive. Bed was not comfortable and room really needs to be updated.
