Room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly.

Location, and exterior was uninviting. Stairways were in poor condition, wasps nest on wall. We paid less in Revelstoke for the Marriot, which was superior in all aspects.

The continental breakfast was lacking. The coffee was terrible. And it was expensive compared to good hotels. This is not a good hotel.

Friendly staff, good pool, room had a nice jet tub

Very expensive for a small room with out a full bathroom and a microwave under the TV, even though it was described as a full bathroom and kitchenette. The jet tub was decent but didn’t work properly, half of the lights didn’t turn on, and the continental breakfast was toast and eggs. For $312.00 for one night.

Nice hot tub and pool. My husband enjoyed the slide!

Good 2 nights stay for long weekend leisure holiday. will book this hotel again when we visit Golden in the future. especially like the 5 minute walk to the Chinese food restaurant.

I wasn't told there was an extra charge for my 5 lb dog and the staff rudely told me that was Booking.com's problem not hers. The lady in the next room told me she had a rat in her room.

great location, lots of east parking. the room was big, clean and comfortable. the pool facilities were also great!

The pool and slide were just what we needed. It was good to relax in the hot tub.

There was some sound transfer from the neighbouring room.

The kids liked the pool but again it was dirty

The beds had bed bug covers on it the room had the worst smell and needed a deep cleaning. There was other peoples hair everywhere and the front desk acted like they really didnt care. I will never go back ever.
