It was available and close to the highway

TV didn’t work and remotes were dirty. Pillows on the bed were small. Room was dirty and sink was plugged and drained extremely slow. Must have been dog hair in the suite.

The breakfast was very limited. It would have been nice if they had accomodate vegetarian dishes. Location was right good as it was right on Trans Canada Highway. The hotel was clean. We enjoyed our stay. Really liked their three bedroom suite for family. I would stay again.

there was only one toaster because of that long line up for breakfast. we booked for 5 people but only 2 queen beds were provided. it should be either 2 king beds or 3 queen beds.

The breakfast area was dark and really cold. Breakfast was mediocre at best. No recycling or composting facilities. Everything was plastic or wrapped in plastic. So much waste!

Hot breakfast. Egg's ok Potatoes not tasty at all. Sausage terrible,, wouldn't feed it to a dog Sysco garbage. Pancakes last year where a lot better option. Better yoghurt would be nice. Drinks coffee, juice's and tea pretty good So is the bread and oatmeal

Poor Hotel Service I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. I have stayed at several Ramada/Wyndham hotels in the past and have always been satisfied with the level of service provided. However, my experience at your hotel was far from satisfactory. Firstly, I felt unwelcomed at your hotel by your night staff, while other local guests were treated gracefully. As a paying customer, I believe that every guest should be treated with the same level of respect and hospitality, regardless of their origin or status. Secondly, we were not provided with enough towels for our group of six staying for two nights. While this may seem like a small issue, it is a basic amenity that should be readily available to all guests. We had to request more towels and were only shown our way to the elevator. This lack of attentiveness on the part of the hotel staff is disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from Ramada/Wyndham hotels. As someone who has stayed at several Ramada/Wyndham hotels in the past, I can say that this was our worst experience. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to your customer service.
