Big rooms, well equipped and clean.

The AC was extremely loud. Maybe I'm just not used to the American AC, but I had to turn it off to be able to sleep.

The breakfast is with variety.

We had tried to contact the hotel a lot of times before arrival because our 4-day stay has been made into several different orders and we’d like to make sure that our stay will be smooth here. But the front desk is not reachable, even if we asked Booking.com’s help, the answer is still the same. There was one time that we tried to ask some questions regarding the conference room reservations through phone and there came a man Alexis, said that he will help us to convey the information to the front desk. But nothing was delivered eventually. It is a hotel that could not help you to solve customers’ problems.

The location is good.

While doing the dry wash for the clothes, one item was missing. The front desk’s attitude was passive and didn’t leave me any messages as he guaranteed. At last he said it has been found but I have to pay for the shipping label to get my clothes back. It’s a hotel that ask customers to pay for their faults.

Devin was great, very friendly, and helpful on our check-in. The pool and hot tub were clean and fun. It was a great stay at a very nice hotel

Convenient hotel close to the center of Evanstone. Facilities are reasonably ok, reception staff is helpful. Room are large and clean, temperature is easy to control, and bed is of good quality. Complimentary toiletry is provided including body lotion that in winter is very appreciated. The express cooked breakfast is acceptable.

Breakfast buffet is poor to very poor, with minimum options and minimum quantities. Fruit were fresh at the beginning but never changed, so bananas became dark with days. First day muffins were dry and stale. 4 waiters rotates one per day, the 3 ladies were efficient, very helpful and kind, the man did not want to be there and provided a disappointing service.

Staff at the restaurant was very friendly.

When I told the front desk I was overcharged for the room they said "I should have told them the price when I checked in."
