Awsome locality it’s been near Lake Michigan Beaches that adds as perks ..!!

The room was dirty. there were pieces of garbage on the floor. as if they forgot to vacuum the room. Also the bedroom and bathroom were very dark. not enough lighting

I liked the big comfy beds and the wonderful hot showers.

Rooms could use more USB outlets. Also, when i was about to check out, I saw an employee behind the counter. She totally ignored me and never looked once at me. Finally a male concierge came out from an office behind the front desk and helped me. My suggestion would be Hyatt should tell their employees who happen to be behind the desk, to tell quests that someone will be there to help us shortly. That way we don't have to just stand there looking helpless. For all l know that woman who didn't help me was housekeeping. But still, she represents Hyatt and should have told me that someone would be there to help me, if she wasn't going to....

Great location. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast needs a little more variety for vegetarians.

Everyone was very helpful. I loved the breakfast..I was able to get a late check out.
