Lucas was very friendly at the front desk check in. Breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfy.

I loved how convenient it was to the Navy Base!! Also, the breakfast was surprisingly very good!

The bathroom came with hair all in it everywhere. Also, the bedding had red stains on it coming in. As well as the furniture has wear on it.

Love the bed, the thermostat stayed at the setting we wanted, love the choices of TV stations

Since its close to Great America and there was a whole soccer team of kids playing in the hallway at 11pm so it got crowded at breakfast. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

The pool was small, the breakfast was horrible, the bathroom had mold in it, there were kids knocking on doors all night, people were screaming in the halls, and everything was very small.

Room had a bad smell to it and it was very dusty curtains looked like they never been clean I opened them up all the way everything behind the curtain looked like they never been dusted or cleaned. and no housekeeping will never stay here again or at any Hampton inn

The lady at registration went up and beyond to assist me to make my reservation. I called the Hilton registration and they could not assist me with a price that hampton was advertising online because they could not see it on their end and she went out of her way to assist me. She has been a very helpful receipionest. Thanks to you

Did. Not get the price that was listed on you website. over the phone member was not helpful. And no refrigerator in my room......charging phone port only charges one phone not 2. Tv had sticky stuff on the side of screen.
