Staff was very nice and beds were comfortable.
Breakfast buffet was just basic.
It’s not the hotels fault but guests were banging on doors and super loud in hallway past 11 pm at night.

The room was clean, beds were really comfortable and the hot breakfast was great. Location was good. Right next to a huge mall. About 15 minutes from the Naval Air Station.
They do housekeeping upon request. Would have at least liked for them to get the trash daily and change out the towels for fresh ones each day.

The room location this time was perfect. The breakfast was great and the coffee was plenty strong.
There were a few loud guests around 11 pm that were highly inconsiderate, not really the hotels fault, just crappy people.

Arrived and had to call for staff. Had to call 3 times and then he appeared. Found out that pool was closed for maintenance and that was part of reason that I chose this hotel. Room was freezing when I arrived and took a long to warm up. (I like a room at 65-68 degrees and was so cold). Loud in hotel. Breakfast was ok. Hair on bathroom floor.

Not within their control, but the pool was shut down due to health issues that happened prior to our coming. That was disappointing, but not a game changer.

The location was perfect for my business conference Saturday morning in Round Lake, IL, family shopping time in Gurnee Mills Mall and central location on our way to downtown Chicago!
The hot breakfast and the pool hours were excellent!!!
Large puddle caused by melting snow/rain right behind car handicap parking space to the left of the lobby entrance hampered unloading a bit but nothing major.

My room was clean...super clean. Bed and linens were soft and made me feel like a swaddled baby. The front desk service was spot on, the hotel poised for guests. It provides the basics very well. And it's a safe area.

Toilet was running when you flush. Loud fan in bathroom. The lady had to sneak in the conversation about weed smoking. Who is to say that I smoke weed. Profile.

Faucet was dripping. Towel rack was broken. Stopper in the tub was broken. Staff was good though.
