Stayed twice - AC in first room was excellent. unfortunately the AC second room wasn’t working well, and made sleeping a bit more difficult. However, the bed and bedding are excellent.

the staff was super nice because my rental car battery died and they tried to find jumper cables and followed up with me and the shuttle drivers were both great! also breakfast was decent enough

it was older and had loud AC and the rooms weren’t amazing, really just an older hotel. so the cost didn’t seem to match the quality of the hotel.

Rooms are aging and dirty; floor was covered with ants and they were also walking on bed. Moved to a new room in the middle of the night and was woken up early by construction right above me. New room also had ants in bathroom and counters were not cleaned. Got no sleep. One elevator was broken. TV doesn’t have a directory, had to flip through each station to see what’s on tv. Need to update.

We experience being beat up by bedbugs. I have never experience anything like that so I would not be staying here ever again.

After traveling 3 hours I love the location it right in the area where i work and breakfast is good and the staff was wonderful.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. the property is minutes from about anything of interest in the Dulles Corridor and a comfortable distance for travel to Washington.

if you’re staying at a Homewood Suites, you’re expecting a multi-night stay with the comforts of home along with a few upscale amenities courtesy of the Hilton brand. My first suite had a microwave that didn’t work, followed by a dishwasher that wouldn’t fully open in my new accommodation. The property was dated and things such as fixtures and light switches showed their age. I usually stay at the Hyatt House, but attempted to save a couple of bucks this trip, and settled for a smaller suite, slower Wi-Fi, less tv channels, less appealing breakfast, and fewer amenities that put the Hyatt House above this Hilton facility.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean.

1. The staff told me that there was no laundry/dry cleaning service despite my room having a laundry/dry cleaning form and a bespoke plastic bag. The website also states that the hotel has a laundry/dry cleaning service. 2. No bar or restaurant. 3. Breakfast was a miserable affair with little on offer. And there was only plastic cutlery and cardboard plates available. 4. The hotel tried to charge me significantly more than the price quoted by Booking.com.
