Staff don’t greet guest when they meet. They don’t even say hi just busy walking by. Not good for such excellent hotel.

It's so bizarre that such a hotel does not have basic wifi to be connected to and we had to be charged $12.95 for it when we couldn't even use it. In such a modern world where wifi is everywhere, it's such a rip-off for customers to have to pay before they can access the internet. In this modern day, the internet is no more a luxury. WIFI is a utility just like electricity and water. If you don't provide internet service, it should be bolded near your rates so nobody can have oversight and be slammed with almost $13 when they checked in and checked out within 16hrs. It's appalling and a rip-off. I've been to other Marriot suites where I used wifi free and stayed there for days. It's such a disappointment.

Refrigerator was iced up. Furniture seemed out of place, crammed to close to door and empty area on back of room

loved the design of our suite. Joy, the Receptionist, provided a warm reception to new arrivals. She is almost worth her weight in gold! Breakfast was a real treat. services and food option are seldom available elsewhere.

Beautiful and inviting. However, with GPS. we had some difficulty locating the entrance to the property.

Breakfast was included within booking.com reservations for 3 people, but in the end we were asked to pay for the breakfast for the 3rd person. Check-in and breakfast stuff not really friendly.

Location! Our room was designed perfectly. Peaceful and loved the decor.

The coffee tray was not stocked. Trash cans did not have a liner. Front deskservice is not professional or welcoming. Greet the customer always. Make guests feel welcome first no matter how busy. They seem frustrated. It's an easy fix that makes a huge difference.
