I loved the location, it was convenient . Breakfast was good and lots of food options around. Close to grocery stores as well and it was quiet at night.

I cannot say that anything could have been better. Staff was amazing the night that we went on the third. I would go again just because I was treated so kindly!

Other guests were way too loud, at inappropriate hours. Yelling hallway at 4:00am. In room, TV remote barely worked.

The property was exceptionally clean, inside and out. The staff were definitely the shining stars here though, everyone was so kind. This was ultimately the most important part of my stay.

Clean room, bathroom basically clean (although bathtub uninviting for a lie-down). Comfortable bed. Location as good as can be expected for proximity to public transport links.

Breakfast. Disposable cutlery and plates. Tea/coffee in take-away cups. Small breakfast selection - three breakfast cereals, porridge, sliced bread, sweet muffins, waffles from self-service waffle iron plus two hot selections (varies by day). Porridge mushy and watery. The two hot selections are stored in a single shared buffet container with a lid, but as one side invariably contains pork this renders both halves off limits for anyone vegetarian/halal/etc. Corn syrup jam; 'maple syrup' is actually corn syrup; 'butter' is, well, not butter; and no idea what that thing labelled 'apple juice' actually is.

I came with three of my friends and we all enjoyed our stay. We booked this accommodation as it was nearby the Oakland Arena as we attended a concert over two nights. All of the staff we interacted with were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed talking to Anthony after our concerts. He was very friendly and professional, as we were the ladies behind the desk during the day. Our beds were comfortable, experienced no issues in the bathroom, the air-conditioning worked well and we all felt safe during our stay as female travelers.
