It was clean

The noise from the freeway (although they do provide ear plugs if your ears can handle them). The neighborhood was a bit sketchy.

The location was good for my business trip. The bed and pillows were nice, with one exception

1. There were not enough blankets 2. The breakfast was not good, I could tell that Best Western is cutting, way, way back and it was not very good anymore 3. It should have been made clear that Best Western now grabs $100 up front that they supposedly give back if the room is not damaged. I expect this at places like Motel 6 but Best Western has now fallen to that low rank.I talked to a guy that is still waiting for his hundred bucks from New Years. This has made it pretty clear that I will no longer use Best Western!

I didn’t like I was on the 3 floor at first but the view did it for me

Breakfast better than ok. Even coffee better than most places. Very welcomed by us in the morning. Servicing lady very nice and helpful.

My jacuzzi in my room looked like it was clean but maybe stained. Put my son In to take a bath and someone's dirty bandaid come out if the jets when we turned them on. Called office and was told to contact booking.com
