AC too loud, Break fast was poor, the water of the swimming pool was too cold. The bathroom is old and showering can be quite challenging. It is also too expensive, we paid $326 for ONE night.

Breakfast was good as "free" breakfasts come. Waffles were great.

TV was really old and not "smart" to be able to stream shows.

Rooms are really dated, especially the bathrooms. Mattresses feel old.

The common areas ie: Hallway and elevator did not seem so clean. Really the floor needed to be vacuumed and when we checked in at 4 pm, there was food (that looked like it was from breakfast) sitting on top the tase can in the hallway near the side elevator. The first floor by the side elevator also smelled like cigarette smoke. (Note that our rooms and the rest of the hotel did NOT smell so assuming this was due to the proximity of the side entrance for a smoke break?)

The breakfast was great with lots of options! The hotel staff were professional and courteous.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was good and I loved having coffee available 24 hours.

The doors slam loudly. The people next door were inconsiderate of this and let their door slam frequently until 11:30 pm but I could not reach anyone at the front desk to ask them to talk to the occupants.
