The room met my needs and you can't beat the location as it's right off the freeway but the freeway noise is not really even noticeable. The beds and chairs were comfy and the staff was really friendly!
I did see a couple of ants in my room which isn't the greatest thing in the world. but not the worst bug you can see in a room. Also all the vending machines I encountered either did not work or didn't take cards.

Cozy quiet place and good location. Front desk staff were very helpful though out the day and availability of hot breakfast
Rooms are a bit tiny/ tight, the air condition was a little noisy at the start of use but becomes quiet after a awhile

Nice beautiful Hotel that was right off the freeway. There is a convenient store/gas station walking distance. Great for a clean nice stay.
The Curtains were too small to close for privacy/sun.

It was kept clean but lots of small things like the condition of door boxes or chipped furniture makes it feel old. Meat selection was poor for breakfast options

Those managing the breakfast were rude. Both mornings, they pushed my daughters out of their way.

The bathroom door Handel was broke , the drapes wouldn’t close . Something kept buzzing , noisy,

AC too loud, Break fast was poor, the water of the swimming pool was too cold. The bathroom is old and showering can be quite challenging. It is also too expensive, we paid $326 for ONE night.

The continental breakfast was good. They had a variety of food including eggs, sausage and waffles. There was always a staff member in the area making sure everything was well stocked and clean.
The gym was small and contained cardio equipment only.

Rooms are really dated, especially the bathrooms. Mattresses feel old.

The common areas ie: Hallway and elevator did not seem so clean. Really the floor needed to be vacuumed and when we checked in at 4 pm, there was food (that looked like it was from breakfast) sitting on top the tase can in the hallway near the side elevator. The first floor by the side elevator also smelled like cigarette smoke. (Note that our rooms and the rest of the hotel did NOT smell so assuming this was due to the proximity of the side entrance for a smoke break?)

The breakfast was great with lots of options! The hotel staff were professional and courteous.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was good and I loved having coffee available 24 hours.
The doors slam loudly. The people next door were inconsiderate of this and let their door slam frequently until 11:30 pm but I could not reach anyone at the front desk to ask them to talk to the occupants.
