Receptionist was very polite

It was convenient to I-20.

The carpet in hallways were dirty, sofa in our room was dirty, the closet door was poorly designed to open out instead of slide, the fake wood floor in our room was dirty, there were only two carts available for bringing in suitcases etc. It took over 15 minutes to get checked in as there was only one person at the front desk (she was having a difficult time with a customer). We would not stay at this Hampton Inn again; it did not live up to Hampton Inn standards.

needs updating, shower head was old and didn’t work correctly, shower doors broken and old, cracked old tiles in shower, toilet wouldn’t stop running had to turn valve on and off, couch and chair were old and stained, tv was small I’m talking like 24 inch and at least 15 feet from bed, cheap coffee maker for the price of the room a kuerig wood be nice, tv remote didn’t work well, 4 small pillows on a king size bed, these are insignificant 1st world problems but at close to 200.00 a night it should be better. dissatisfied

Great staff, clean hotel

The property was clean, the tub was slight dirty but other than that it was overall a decent stay.

The front service lady ( Tina) was so rude she wouldn’t let me check in room and kept giving me run around. I paid with my card after I paid it said approved she still wouldn’t let me have my cards to the room. she was not welcoming at all.
