The staff and our accommodations were great

The pool area was cold as was the water. You could not go outside at the pool and come back in to the pool. The pool area was so cold that it was not comfortable for me to be in the area with my son and grandchildren

It’s always comfortable and clean, the breakfast is wonderful!

It needs to be updated, I have gone there for many years and it’s been the same for a long time

Very bad, not cleaning, I need get more towels every day because they don’t replace the correct guest numbers and don’t organize the room.

A lot of trash and the elevators have food on the floor

The shower literally did not drain and it was stained black….it also had hair in it I felt so disgusting

place was filthy. Mold growing on the curtains and vents. The bathroom was disgusting and not properly sanitized. Lots and lots of hair. Make up smears and used bathroom products. Non-industry standard fixtures. Rust on all metal hardware, doors, fire sprinklers, etc. Safety latch on the door was barely hanging on. All surfaces were dirty with brown substance and dust. Artwork ripped off the wall. Tire on the luggage cart was flat, and the trash cans outside were overflowing and there were mushrooms in the flower pots outside. Security guard was rude to me about parking my car in the drive even though I was obviously unloading my vehicle. The have the audacity to CHARGE $16 for parking even though the parking gates don’t work. On top of that, the rooms are outdated and have privacy and security flaws that would require a full redesign of the hotel. Long story short, it’s trashy. It doesn’t meet the standard that most people expect from Embassy Suites.

clean room with already made sofa bed upon pulling out. The on-site restaurant and the complimentary happy hour with free soda and snacks for kiddos and alcoholic drinks for adults.

The bathroom in the pool area was disgusting and overflowing with poo and toilet paper and wouldn’t flush, it smelled really bad. When the sofa bed was pulled out there was barely any room to walk around it which you had to do to get in and out of the room. You must pay for parking per day. Which is crazy because I’m paying to stay here why am I paying to park here too ?

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional - probably the best I have had. Nightly reception also excellent.

Most of the parking for the hotel is in the rear, however, the only entrance was through the front. Would have been much more convenient to have a key-activated door in the rear and/or sides.
