No microwave in the room

The location was great and the price as well. The room was clean but I did find a bag of goldfish lodged between the bed and the wall which is something easily missed.

The shower was spraying water everywhere and I had to fight with the shower curtain for it to stay closed but the floor still ended up getting soaked. Then the tub drained out slow I was standing in a puddle of water by the end of my shower. A few hours before checkout something bit me on the neck 3 times, while laying in the bed. I went to the front desk to share my complaints and was asked if I wanted house keeping to come check for signs of bed bugs but I had already checked myself. I wasn't offered to speak with a manager or any compensation for my complaints not even extra points.

mattress wasn’t comfortable and back hurt the next day confused about the parking in the deck. wish the restaurant stayed open later. couldn’t find anything to eat after the event and had to DoorDash food to the hotel.

The lobby was attractive and welcoming. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The reception staff was very friendly. Really appreciate having a refrigerator and a safe in the room. The location was perfect for our visit - less than one block from The Senate where we saw a concert. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

There were some stains on the bed linen that gave the impression that the room was not 100% clean. The daily $16 parking fee was rather high - should not exceed $10 per day for self-parking. The on-site food prices were also high.

I liked the easy check-in and checkout process; the staff was very nice and welcoming during both. The parking garage was easy and convenient to access. We also liked the room especially the pillows, they were so soft and comfortable!

The coffee in the lobby was truly disgusting! One of the glass sliding shower doors needed a little tweeking, it would get off track, and as soon as you get it back on it would take off and slide into the shower wall real fast and hard, which could possibly shatter it

The staff was absolutely the most friendly staff I have ever come across in a hotel. The assisted with directions, great places to eat (even made sure we had coupons for dinner), and they even opened the wine that we brought because we forgot our opener. I would definitely stay here again.

Parking was poor

Breakfast was ordinary. Toaster was partially broken. Serve yourself eggs are usually overcooked: & they were. Hot food wasn't hot. NOTE: Make your toast before loading your plate. I liked the hotel bar. Good server in Micky.

Not easy to get a "Starbucks-Style: cappuccino or espresso.

The hotel was beautiful and right near the University of SC. The staff was very kind.

Booking.com had only booked 1 room for us but we had booked 2. It took us a bit to get that fixed.
