The bus stop was across the hotel. Took me literally 11 mins to get to Manhattan. The hotel room was comfortable and quiet. I loved the breakfast omelet . I enjoyed my stay in here .

This hotel is amazing. The staff go the extra mile to help you in anyway you need. Roxana is the star of the front desk, ready to handle any question and give you her best smile. Andres at breakfast is the number one! Taking care of every detail, any need and keeping everything super clean.

The breakfast buffet was good and different each day of our stay. I wanted a place that was super close to our attractions (American Dream Mall) and this property was in perfect location! The rooms were clean and the staff was really friendly!

Location great for visiting NYC, can take the NJ public transportation & get into the city in 15 mins. I was bringing breakfast back to our room for our family of 4 & a staff member helped me carry the drinks to my room..very helpful & appreciated.

We spent 3 nights & our room was never cleaned.

The property was very close to American Dream which was great.

Broken bathroom faucet, tv remote didn’t work, bug in room on curtain and breakfast area was too small and crowded for the number of people staying.

Breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The only issue we had was we had four in our party and there were only towels for three. We had to go to the front desk to obtain an additional towel.

Everything went well! Closest location to American Dream Mall, the purpose of our travel. Rooms were clean, location was great, staff was awesome and breakfast was delightful! I will always stay at the Hampton Inn when I travel. There was a small snafu when checking it, but it was handled very well and the rate I paid thru Booking.com was met. Customer service was very accommodating in keeping our rooms right next door to each other as I requested. Fantastic hotel and service!

The hotel is gorgeous- looks better in person than on the website actually (usually it's the opposite). The staff went all out for the Bruce Springsteen concert at Metlife. The shuttle to and from Redds restaurant was so convenient. I will definitely stay here again whenever going to a show at Metlife!

Room 215 is pretty loud from 8:00 am, I can hear machine sound clearly every minute
