Cramped and claustrophobic quarters for 4 people

The location and the friendly, helpful staff is the reason I’ll stay here next time in Nashville.

Valet parking is way too expensive.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was great, the breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent!

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. We didn't rent a car this time, but the parking was quite expensive.

Bathroom and water pressure was great. Bed was comfortable. Size on the room and kitchenette were nice.

The air conditioner could not be set below 73 degrees. The parking deck six feet from the window. $56 a day to park the car.

Location is so walkable to Broadway and all attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. I needed to add an extra night, and Blake made it happen. It has a nice bar, breakfast was included and a coffee shop is attached. Good value for the money. The room had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

Valet is a little pricey at $59 a day.

There was one small incident about the filling the beverage tray in the room. This is where you find (in my prior experiences) 2 regular coffee packets , 2 decaf packets, several types of sweeteners, teas, stir sticks, etc. When leaving for the day, I mentioned at the front desk I needed more coffee and the whole service refilled. Upon returning, there were two of each coffee packets laying on the counter, and nothing else. I went back down to the front desk to inform them of that and get the other items. The woman at the desk spoke perfect English, yet seemed to have no clue what I was talking about. But she had a perfect mantra of “I’m sorry, I’ll get someone to help you.” When I asked if they were supposed to fill the beverage service tray, she thought I was talking about room service! The frustration started to mount. However, I went to the lobby area where 24/7 coffee is and took what I needed. I ran into Simon on the way back to my room. He told me he worked there for 6 years and they only refill coffee and cups. I politely thanked him, tipped him and continued on my way. As I said, somewhat small, but an irritation just the same.

Over priced room. Middle elevator was shaky and creaky. Website says parking "available" only to find out it was $45 per day for nearby garage or $65 per day valet. Seemed misleading.

De lokatie ten opzichten van het uitgaansleven.

De ramen van de kamer keken uit op de lobby met heel veel verlichting. Toen we de lampen in de kamer uitdeden bleek dat er te veel licht langs de zijkanten door kwam waardoor het niet donker genoeg was in de kamer. We hebben dit redelijk kunnen oplossen door de koffers er tegen aan te zetten en vonden een punaise, die aan de gaten in de muur te zien, al eerder was gebruikt om het gordijn aan de muur vast te prikken.

Great location, attentive staff, very nice spacious and quiet room. We enjoyed the delicious complementary breakfast. Evan checked us in and was extremely helpful. Good food and drinks at their happy hour was an added bonus. This hotel will definitely be our go to for our next Nashville stay. Walking distance to the Broadway honky tonk area was definitely a plus for us. Far enough away to be quiet, but close enough for convenience.

Maureen at the front desk was excellent, we got there early, and she was able to get me a room. During our stay she check to make sure everything was good.

Velmi dobrá poloha v centru, velmi kvalitní snídaně - lepší než ve stejném standardu jiných hotelů.

Valet parking 50$/noc a není jiná možnost aniž jste dopředu na stránce upozorněni ! Zaplatil jsem 50$ a auta se nikdo nedotkl a stálo celou noc na ulici kde jsem ho zaparkoval. Špatná recepce - 15 min nikdo neobsluhoval, dámy si povídaly v zázemí a fronta klientů narůstala.

The staff was not helpful. And the valet service is terrible. I paid $49 a night and I got my vehicle the whole time we stayed.

The location of the hotel is great. Five minutes walk to the main street. Very clean and safe area. There was a nice park one block away for our dog. Big rooms.

First we had a room in the ground level which was somehow lower than the street level and the windows were at the pavement level. It is not convenient at all. They changed our room to 4th floor to a larger room. The room itself was decent but all the windows were opening to the inside of the building. This is not nice when you have no sunlight and fresh air to the room. So ask for a room with windows looking outside.

It was a 5-minute walk to the music strip, ATM machines, restaurants, the stadium. The staff was really friendly, especially in the bar. Very silent & really good value for money.

Location is excellent. Breakfast is above average. Suite is spacious and well appointed.

I was caught off guard by the above average expense for valet parking (the only parking option available).

The breakfast was excellent. I liked that it had a little bar that you could go to to grab a drink.

The room was a little crowded with all the furniture but it was fine for just the 2 of us. The valet wasn't that great. 1 person only working both at drop off and pick up. The parking garage was like 5 blocks away. We received messages that our car was being retrieved when it wasn't even requested.

Hilton is a top notch chain. Theikr property on Church St. @ 7th Ave in Nashville lives up to Baron Hilton's standard of excellence. Great staff. Nice breakfast. Comfortable and cozy rooms with plenty of space, and a short walk to Broadway.

I could only stay 3 nights.
