My husband did not know they charge $14 for his omelette. He thought the breakfast was included.

The beds were horrible.

The breakfast was delicious and we were able to have omelettes made to order. The walk in shower was a bonus because I’m in a walking boot and non weight being out of the boot so I have to use a shower stool so that worked out great. We did not know that before hand.

very clean. beds were so comfortable. staff was very nice and accommodating. the stay was so nice, I am now considering primarily hilton properties as my go-to hotel brand. couldn’t have dreamed of a better stay.

no complaints. Maybe they could use a few more luggage carts? Really was an almost perfect stay.

I thought the property was more secluded.the pictures of the hotel doesn’t show the true surrounding area..It’s so congested with a night club right next door..We heard loud music from cars all night long..There are hotels on top of hotels..The area is just too congested and noisy for a nice getaway. I read the reviews before I made the choice for this hotel and a lot of the reviews said this place was quiet..I don’t know when these people stayed here but it was anything but quiet during my stay..The thumping sound of car stereos all night long and the club next door which had people everywhere outside all night long is what really got me..Although my experience wasn’t totally horrible I will not pick this hotel again because of noise..It’s probably better to stay during the week if you have a business meeting/convention in the area but on the weekends it’s a live wire not suited for a romantic getaway .

Enjoyed the facilities, staff and location has great restaurants for the much needed respit after a long day of travel. We needed nice upscale place to just enjoy the room, relax and rest. So glad we did not choose to stay in the scary Historic and Downtown Chattanooga area.

Chattanooga was a disappointment as it appears to be not safe...especially at night. Didn't like preferring to stay in our location...but sure glad we could.
