The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast space and food choices were very good! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location for getting to the cruise terminal the next day.

I did not realize the doors to rooms were outside. We prefer the room entry to be inside the building. There were no grits on the breakfast buffet.

The staff was AMAZING! Close to shopping and food.

The hotel is right by the beach. The location is all this hotel has going for it.

Housekeeping doesn’t exist in this hotel. At check in I was offered housekeeping every day or every other day and I opted for everyday as I have small children and I knew we’d be up and down to the beach and pool. Every day I had to call to beg for fresh towels. We had to go out and buy hand soap because I got sick of asking. It didn’t arrive until day 3 of our stay and they never topped up the shower gel when it ran out. They didn’t clean our room over the whole week we stayed there. The AC was broken and they did replace the unit when we reported the noise but it was still so loud even after maintenance changed the unit. I cut my foot on broken glass on the carpet in the room(not our glass so I’m guessing from a previous guest) so my husband called to the front desk to ask for some band aids and to ask for the room to be vacuumed. No one checked in to ask if I was ok. The hotel uses single use everything for breakfast which is just really sad and not acceptable anymore.

Lovely hotel with balcony on every room, direct beach access and use of their pool, and the pool and hot tub in the Marriot beside them. Overall the room was great, lots of room, greats view, and good bed. The surrounding area is beautiful and couldn't recommend it enough!

The bathroom was average with an old enough feel. The seal on the doors could have being better and there was a slight noise when the wind picked up. Minimal services in the hotel itself as they expect you to use the bistro in the Marriot beside them as then hotels are partnered. The Marriot bistro is excellent though for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner!

Facility, room, breakfast, & location are awesome. We traveled from NC to Coco Beach & only saw online photos of the facility. We were pleased.

Language barrier of staff. The person behind the counter could speak English pretty well, but didn’t totally understand what I was asking. The room ice bucket didn’t have a liner, so I went to the front desk asking for a plastic ice bucket liner, like a baggie. The front desk person (man) didn’t understand that I was asking for so he had me speak to the maintenance person (man). He somewhat understood, but ended up giving me a trashcan liner which we used. There was no one there who understood what I was asking for.

Check in and check out. Facility was clean and quiet.Coordination between Booking .com and hotel was poor. Our booking .com called for free parking and room with a view. We had to argue for both as hotel said booking had not indicated that is what we paid for.

Parking fee for parking a car. There are plenty of spots to park and not charge guest.

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. All rooms have a balcony and I was one the 7th floor with ocean view. I found the digital check in really handy. You're given the room number on the app the morning of your stay and can even view a floor plan to see exactly where your room is on the app, and when you arrive, just head straight to your room and open the door by holding your phone next to the lock. It was so easy and handy. I arrived behind a large group that was checking in at the front desk and was glad for digital check in because I bypassed all of them and went to the elevator and right to the room. I stayed one night pre cruise.

I have no complaints or negative issues to share.

Friendly staff, the best location, just a few minutes from the beach. Breakfast ok, though at peak times difficult to get seated. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Would definitely use this location again despite the niggle with internet.

Unable to get internet in our room which was annoying but suspect that was due to location of our room. Waiting for a refund on extra payment taken which I have been advised will take 7/10 days! Really? Instant payment to take $ out!

I said I would nbe a late check in leaving from atlanta at 5pm traffic I got to daytona at 2 am WAS TOLD I couldn,t check in after 11 pm so I paid 89.00 dollars to check in at daytona at 2 am anf drove to my cruise in cape carnral next morning in a rush no beakfest run run run AND I paid y'all over 350.00 plus the 89 dollars FOR NUTHINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG almost 400.00 and was told after 11.pm i foirfieted my money PLus the police was nice and didnt giver me a 200 dollar speeding ticket or it waould have cost me 600 plus dollars for nuthing WILL I ever suggest you to anybody other then warn them IF you don't refund my money plus the BBB abd yelp I Will inform also THAnk you for not see you place it only cost me so far 400.00
