Getting a little wear and tear, needs some updates but otherwise great.

Great breakfast
Our room was full of bugs, even our bed, woke up throughout the night covered in tiny beetles. So disgusting. Told the front desk and they knew about the bugs and did nothing.

The room was sold as a 6 sleeper but was actually for 4, the hotel staff esp Alma and the manager went out of their way to rectify the error and make sure that we are comfortable and happy.

Could up date tvs to smart ones for movies. Other then that was happy with my stay

The channels were on analog... had to change in settings for each channel to digital. Other than that...all good

Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable too.
We booked a king suite, room was very cold even after a space heater was provided and the noise from the traffic on the street below was quite loud.

Loud fridge in room 505. Had to unplug at night.
