Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfy, i had the best sleep there, we appreciated the cleanliness of this room, one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in definitely will stay here again
Breakfast was not all that fresh at 9 Am but overall it was still good

Property location is great. Handy to everything yet location is fairly quiet.
The cleaning standards need to be stepped up. Never stayed in a hotel that during a multiple day stay wasn’t remade and restocked daily. Room had absolute bare essentials in towels, soaps with very little options for hanging to dry them. Coffee machine had one set of everything which was used first day with no restocking done at all. Had to visit breakfast room for additional coffee, cups, creamer etc. I understand not overstocking rooms as some people are opportunistic but why not restocking rooms daily?

The staff member that checked me in and out was was amazing. I accidentally messed up the bookings and she made the extra effort to help sort out the situation with the third party bookers. I believe her name was mernie? She deserves recognition for the great job she is doing for the hotel.
Noisy. Not good sound insulation between rooms

Breakfast was good, I thought the set up was good it took up less room. The lower set up from an older persons view would be better it is harder for seniors to get up on the high chairs.
Could not adjust the cold air conditioner, was a little cool for my liking.

The entire team was so kind, friendly and accommodating!!! I was so comfortable knowing how welcomed I was the entire stay! I brought my two dogs with me and they gave them treats and checked in on them while I was away working!!
