Beds was awful, old mattress; walls were like paper I could ear everything, toilet was old, making noises, shower temperature uncontrollable, room wasn't clean and no one made my room.

I was racially profiled while staying here… 2 hours after checking in I got a call saying I was smoking in the room which I wasn’t and I was told my $250 deposit would be taken. I told the front desk workers to come on up and check my room so I can prove I wasn’t smoking and they refused…after going back and forth with them on the phone finally they sent a front desk worker and someone that works in the restaurant to check the room and they had the audacity to say that they don’t smell smoke because I tried to cover up the smell with soaps?? After telling them to check the cameras because they prove I was smoking outside a few hours later the front desk worker came back to my room and told me everything is fine and I don’t have to worry about losing my deposit… my whole thing is are you guys that money hungry for $250??? Thank god I got back my money but still not okay. I wouldn’t disrespect the hotel and smoke in the room especially if I could lose money, I’m only 22 I barely had the money to begin with.. Stay a way from these fraudsters.

Front desk guy who checked us in was nice….that’s about it.

Sketchy area and crowd in/around hotel. Room didn’t smell or look great, no real curtains (direct sunlight/people can see right into the room) and thin walls and obnoxiously loud AC unit … Other guests were super loud ALL NIGHT LONG. Banging, doors slamming, loud talking, thumping and herds of elephants all over the hotel…got no sleep.
