Comfortable and clean room
No ice machine except to get it from front desk. One elevator out of service. The included breakfast wasn’t that good. Could do with some tidying up out around the door now that the snow is gone…lots of garbage laying around

I like that the property was clean and easy to access from the highway
I didn’t like the fact that I had to change three rooms in order to get Internet, but the staff was very accommodating to resolve this problem

Prepaid for breakfast ( included in room rate) breakfast was over at 0930 was never notified about the price inclusion or breakfast service until checkout time. No refund offered.

The hotel is spacious and comfortable but understaffed I suspect. The front desk staff during the day was very pleasant and friendly.
The cleaning staff were unsuccessful at their job with particularly unpleasant results, in both in the unit and in the main corridor. The front desk staff were not responsive in a useful way to my concerns.

I only booked because it was attached to millennium place only to find out the pedway was not open .
all the lights were off in most hallways when we arrived at 8 pm and it made my son very uncomfortable. The elevators both sounded like they were on their last leg and untrustworthy and the luggage cart was also broken and old . My towels had blood stains on them. Breakfast was not great I opted out and my son had a bowl of cereal as a safe bet . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone . Holiday Inn express is ten dollars more and a safe bet every time .

The staff were friendly
Room was not in great condition. It was dirty. There was debris on the floor and the walls had dirt smears on them. Also there was a light bulb missing from my bathroom and it looked like gum was stuck in the Corner of the shower tiles.

It is a beautiful facility set up for conferences. Staff were very kind, There were very few people there when we were, but it was great. It is also very close to Hwy 16 for convenience as well as a number of services and restaurants.

Foyer is attractive and front desk staff were pleasant. We upgraded the room and appreciated the extra space. Breakfast was nice and the people were lovely.
Reading other reviews for poor cleanliness and maintenance, nothing has changed. Elevators, the ones that were working, were filthy. Hallways had carpet that needed to be stretched. Room had torn carpet edge. I picked up several staples, beads and a small red puff ball. I asked for additional toilet paper on our second day and was ignored .. we had our own and got by. We were given one face cloth for two people for three days. My request for three more was ignored. Ice machine on all floors disabled so you had to go to front desk for a bag of ice. No microwave in room even though one was to be provided. A microwave station is provided on the main floor foyer. Grounds were terrible. Garbage overflowing in courtyard and I told them twice about a dead bird at the entrance. They need to close off some wings and, while getting them in order, only offer the ones to guests that their staff can manage.

Front desk staff were friendly on check in. The were also accommodating with checking to see if our air conditioning was working & they relocating us to a room where we had air conditioning.
Outside landscape in terrible shape. Garbage bins were overflowing & during our stay did not get changed. Both elevator floors were dirty & again during our stay were not cleaned. Looked like they had been that way for awhile.

Unfortunately location of the breakfast room. Why was it is the basement when your location clearly has many rooms around lobby.
The restaurant being closed also was a problem. We had kids staying for a track meet and had to walk to get food.

The breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. Most of the items were as expected. Would have preferred to have more options for fruit. When my card stopped working it was replaced quickly.
Tables were cleaned but chairs were sticky on the seat and backs. Tables and chairs were wobbly. I had asked for a box of kleenex and more coffee packages to be put in my room in the morning. At 10 PM we had to go down to get them from the front desk. Fan was dirty and falling off the ceiling, rug in room was frayed and hall rug was rippled and definitely a tripping hazard. Fridge had not been cleared or cleaned and required a call as well.
