Location and restaurant

Beds are too soft, and toilets are very low

Stayed before it was okay. Older hotel but looked clean.

Stayed a second time. Found bedbugs in our bed. Told the staff after we got a refund and left. They didn’t even mention it to others checking in.

Honestly I found all 3 members I dealt with to be rude and defensive and spoke to me like I was less than a regular human. I was even locked out at one point. The same staff seen me leave for a smoke, choose to lock the front doors behind me then when I came to the door ask what room I was more than once like I didn't belong there. And that's exactly how I felt, like I didn't belong there, even the cleaning staff gives dirty looks and is not friendly. The room was really clean but everyone that works there looks miserable and is unkind.

The entire booking. I won't be back. And I don't think other people will enjoy their time here either. Staff is ALL RUDE.

The hotel and area is good. The room had no wall lights that worked by the beds. The thermostat didn’t control the temp. it was 24 all night.

Breakfast was real good, very good service.

Room is starting to show it's age. Flooring, wall paper could use an update. Since this was a winter trip and we were on the top floor it took a very long time to get any hot water. That being said, the room was worth the money, location was perfect for us and the food was very good in the restaurant. Staff very friendly. Will return.

The bed was noisy, as well as the sheets ..towels were a bit hard on the skin
