1 of the 2 TV's didn't work in the room and the one that did work barely caught any channels in its own guide.

The pool was cold The bathroom lighting was very dim

The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable we all had a good night's sleep. Also we all enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

The only thing that disappointed my wife and I , well more myself the first morning there not even 5 minutes after sitting down and started on breakfast someone from one of the highest balconies spit down on me . This really grossed us out it was all over my left shorts pocket. So we just had to get up and go , so I could clean up and change clothing. Everyone there that was helping in the breakfast area were helpful but we didn't see who had done this. I should have went to front desk to report the incident, but what could have been done?

Location and rooms.

Maintenence workers were rude saying they needed to do wiring in our room. Had to ask front desk to move us, which to their credit, they did.

Loved the hotel! Great location, clean, and staff was really nice. Rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with an omelette station and they actually served food until breakfast was over, not like other hotels that don't refill the breakfast even though there's still an hour of breakfast left. Also, there are plenty of tables to sit at, so you don't have to wait around for an open table.

The only thing I wish was different is the bathroom size. It has the shower and toilet in one very small room and the sink outside right where the beds are at. So if you are the first one to wake up and shower you'll be waking the others if you need to use the sink.

Towel hook broke in bathroom, A/C struggled through the night making it very uncomfortable. Sheets were stained. Hair on the shower walls.

I like that it was big and there was a lot of parking space

The elevator was very confusing would take forever and If you click the Button on the other elevator the opposite one would open

Great and friendly Staff Especially the bar tender. He was very nice and never complained or made me feel bad about the kids in table area by pool. He cleaned up the mess and was very customer friendly

I liked what it looked like online but then got there and it was terrible! The room was dirty. All the furniture falling apart and AC blowing out on warm air!
