Manager really helped me Accommodate my needs and even allowed me to check in early it was very very helpful and a wonderful day exceptional service Really let me check in a little early for my special-needs situation would highly recommend am very pleased

Al hacer check in el hotel me cobró OTROS DOS IMPUESTOS NO especificados en esta página (otros hoteles lo incluyen en el precio). Además, no especificaron que el hotel está en remodelación antes de aceptar la tarifa no reembolsable. El elevador parecía peligroso.

This location was centrally located. The Manager, Miriam Calzada was absolutely the best hotel manager I have ever encountered. And we travel quite a bit, domestic and international. She went out of her way to show concern for my 82 year old mother. Breakfast was prepared with care, like we were eating at someone's home. So much care. The rooms were immaculate. Parking was spacious. Freeway access. Starbucks coffee. We even had menudo for breakfast on Sunday.

I was told I would be charge for a taxi that I didn’t use,. No public laundry , I was told to take it across the street
