Excellent location. The check-in and check-out were done on the phone quickly followed by a text message confirmation. Surprisingly, we got an upgrade to our booking and had a well-equipped kitchen, which was an unexpected bonus. The place was clean.

I was not greeted by staff but by a notice posted on the locked office door and a text message !!! The television was terrible, poor quality partly broken. The cable provided was very poor ... a few channels, some of which were just advertising channels. The cable channels were very poor.. the tv picture quality was terrible. Only one CBC news channel, no NBC, ABC or CTV news channels. I will not book this motel again.

The manager and cleaning lady were really nice. The manager tried to help us and was friendly.

When we arrived, there was nobody at the reception. We received a text with instructions on where to go and how to proceed. We are not great fans of texting, so we would have preferred to have somebody there to greet us. We had a problem with our bill. We booked on August 22, 2022 with booking.com. The confirmation we received on that day from booking.com #2743765270, the final price was $395. (tax included). When we got our room, the final price was $466.10 with tax, so we had to pay the full price?????? I think this was a big error leading to confusion for us and the manager of the motel. We have a copy of that confirmation stating that the final price was $395. (tax included)

The condition of the bathroom needs improvement the floor is gross and the shower curtain had mold .

My husband is disabled and it was hard to get up into room. Lady went and got a little ramp that made it so much easier for him. Thank you.....

Little bit small room but it’s ok.

Very clean, and exceptionally comfortable bed. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. I usually stay in hotels, but it was so nice to be able to back my car right up to the door and sit outside in the nice sunshine. Good location with Tims almost next door for morning coffee.

A small thing, but just should add a box of kleenex to the room like I always find in hotels.
