The room was amazing. We loved all the extra space, bathroom was a great size, beds were very comfortable, the deck was a very nice size. We didn't use the pool but it did look very nice. We only went to the beach for a few hours one day. (Weather was not good for beach). Staff was very friendly.

My only problem was the coffee cups are too small. (If that's all I have to say bad you got a great thing going).

I would have preferred a room on the upper floor. We were on the second floor.

Property can be cleaner for prices charged for stay. Pool area can be cleaner. First day we stay my wife saw a wet tampon right outside the pool and was there for hours and nobody cleaned up

Ocean front with balcony, comfortable beds, big bathroom. Concierge, Uncle Frank was a breath of fresh air. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! He made us feel very welcome!

Couch was horrible, very uncomfortable. Didn’t like layout. Too dark in living room. Horrible upkeep- fingerprint smears all over elevators, food and dirt on floor and seat cushion pushed off of bench in elevator area the whole week we were there. Little things that would have shown attention given to cleanliness. Housekeeping only made one bed two times during our 7 days there. Broken screen door on balcony. Little things that make a big difference.

No smart televisions, no integrated streaming services, craftsman ship is not the best , cracks in countertops , misaligned tiles in the bathroom ,thick caulk lines everywhere , exposed wiring in the room, sprinkler head hanging on by a thread .

I liked the full kitchen in the room. Family liked the indoor pool and I liked the poolside bar. The housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The facility is pretty outdated. The shower and tub especially. Not to mention the coffee maker which is very likely intentional since there is an onsite Starbucks kiosk. Horrible outdated coffeemaker=more business for Starbucks. The hospitality staff was extremely unhelpful and not resourceful at all. Note: if you book with booking.com DO NOT choose the room with the breakfast option. Pay onsite. There is a restaurant onsite which is pretty good. No one was able to tell me how to get the breakfast without paying out of pocket again. So I am out of over $200 because I paid for the breakfast option with booking and since I couldn’t get any help with the breakfast we ended up getting breakfast on our own after paying over $100 the first morning.
