Het hotel was mooi. Prima stijl en het was er netjes en schoon.
Het ontbijt was geen buffet. Bij de vraag wat incl ontbijt is hebben we geen antwoord gekregen (?). Verder bepaalt het hotel dat je 20% tip geeft want ze schrijven dit gewoon op de rekening. Volgens mij bepaal ik dat zelf. Dat vond ik vervelend. 630€ voor de kamer en 174€ aan taxes. Belachelijk. 32€ voor gebruik van stoelen bij zwembad en gebruik wifi. Belachelijk. We zijn bij het Marriott gaan ontbijten. Ook een keer in het hotel 93$! Dus ze hebben nog wat te doen. Denk ik.

The hotel was nice and clean. The pool was nice.
I did not like that it was no microwave in the room and the restaurant menu did not have a lot if options. I also feel they could have given free breakfast considering having to pay parking fee and stuff.

Beach was fabulous. The front desk and housekeeping staff were great !
I was promised a room with a balcony and got a room with a “somewhat” small balcony with no chairs or room to sit. So shouldn’t have been advertised as balcony if not usable. The market place area had little flies near cream and sugar; the food at the on-site restaurant was not good (burgers overly salty); the beach attendants were not as attentive as we would have liked. The first day we passed in front of them and stood for 15 minutes before we were helped.

Beautiful updated property. Loved the beach service.
Our TV did not work. We reported it 5 times and it never got fixed. Pool wasn’t in service and were told in an email that it was only down until Friday, but wasn’t open the whole trip.

Close to the beach, room was nice and clean and comfortable. The staff was great.
They are finishing up renovations which we knew when booked. The outdoor restaurant bar did not have music and not much of a vibe. The indoor restaurant AC was very cold, so we did not eat there.

Well, we thought breakfast was included, but it wasn't but that's ok. We were warned of the construction but it wasn't an issue. But ,we can tell it's gonna be 10 better once da pool is complete along with the other renovation. And still very clean...

Todo muy lindo y limpio, la playa espectacular
El hotel ofrece una hora de kayak incluido en el precio y la persona a cargo se pasó casi una hora justificando que en 5 minutos lo entregaba, mientras estaba sentado debajo de una sombrilla fumando. Los bar-tender manipulan la decoración del trago con sus manos y sin guante.

Breakfast was excellent view was really nice but the staff and the facilities didn't meet my expectations specially when the hotel decided to charge parking and hotel fee even though the construction still going the pool was closed and we couldn't use any of the facilities.

la femme de ménage qui tape à la porte à 9h du mat à savoir à quelle heure vous quittez la chambre (alors que le checkout est a 11h)
le faite d’avoir demandé une chambre avec king size et baignoire confirmer par l’hôtel via message et arriver et n’avoir ni l’un ni l’autre. et quand le lendemain j’explique à la manager elle me prend de haut et limite je ment alors que j’ai les échanges écrit avec l’hôtel .

We were not told prior to booking with booking.com that the pool was closed. Restaurant and bar were closed. No remote or towels in the room. At 500 a night Paris Hilton should quit making commercials and put some work into the hotels!

Staff was amazing. Very friendly.
Pool was closed and it never said this online. In their defense, it did say that they were doing a major remodel, but did not specify the pool being closed. Kids were a bit bummed.

Location was great !
I had scheduled this month's in advance for our anniversary, when we landed at the airport in West palm beach I recieved an email stating that the pool and hottub were shut down for renovation. Could have told me prior to my travel.

I enjoy the hotel i stayed before already last year and it was great.
I didn’t like the last minute notice of remodeling and the fact that we couldn’t use the pool really sucked while we stayed there my kids were sad as well as me.

Pool/cabana and our waitress who served us at the pool was awesome! Also front desk staff brought me a bottle of champagne since we were celebrating my birthday
The outside bar was under construction and when we booked on this website it didn’t mention any construction! We probably would have not stayed there because of that and would have been a good thing to know prior to booking!

The hotel changed me full price with no discount and there was NO access to pool and loud noise of construction No breakfast for a good price. I should have been offered a discount rate due to hotel not a full access to comfort. But front desk staff was very friendly

Close to water/beach. Pool was supposed to be close but it ended up staying open.
Outdoor bar was closed. Internet sucked!!!! Had to pay to park in the lot. Every time you tried to pay for something at the bar/restaurant the CC reader would not work. So people had to charge things to rooms. Kitchen was open till 10. We tried to order at 9:10 and was told sorry the kitchen closed already.
The construction at the property cause employees not to know how to service people in situations.

The room was disgusting and smelled like cigarette. I didn't stay for the night. They chaged me 299 for cancelling. Never gonna go back.

the property location was great, it was right on the beach and only took 15-20 minutes to get down town.
the room was not cleaned well when we entered. sand all over the bathroom floor, the toilet bowl was broken and wouldn’t stop running. in the description of the room is says there is a balcony in every room, which is true but our balcony could not even fit a table and chairs on it if you wanted to, it was a ledge!

Room, staff, beach and all amenities were excellent.
My ratings would all have been 10 if they did not charge $20.00 per day for parking in the private lot that was never anywhere close to being full. Breakfast is way overpriced. The buffet is exactly the same as free breakfast at other hotels except they didn't have a waffle maker. The omelet bar was nice but still way overpriced. Lunch menu is very limited. food was good but overpriced.

I liked the location and the beach front. The staff was decently friendly.
I thought that the bar system for payments was inaccurate as I felt people were putting their drinks on my room. I also was disappointed to have some of my personal belongings stolen from my room while it was being cleaned.
